The only thing wrong with my original case was that the key ring clip had broken so it was only really necessary to replace the top part (in fact only one side of this which would avoid changing any electrics except the battery, but in the end decided to changeout the full top section, as the button symbols were newer on the replacement. Transferring the circuit board is easy as long as you take care and don’t force anything. Everything fitted perfectly to the lower half of the original case without having to change the blade or glued in immobiliser capsule.
